Hugh Black Haggis is crafted with a rich heritage and deep-rooted family values. Hugh Black, a second-generation butcher, leads the business alongside his three nephews, Cameron, Craig, and Alistair, who bring fresh energy and expertise to technical and operational aspects of the company. Together, they run 13 shops across Scotland, supported by a central unit.

The family connection doesn’t stop there. Hugh and his wife Laura operate their own farms, rearing sheep that supply all the lamb for their stores. The offal from these sheep is also used for their haggis, although to meet demand, additional offal is sourced from trusted local Scottish farms.

Their haggis-making process is a careful blend of tradition and precision. Each batch is meticulously prepared, balancing offal, Scottish oats, suet, and a secret seasoning mix. The result is a product steeped in quality, authenticity, and the flavours of Scotland. From their family to yours, Hugh Black Haggis is crafted with pride, care, and a passion for excellence.
