Christmas Turkey:
Our Bronze Turkeys are from Goodman's Geese farm in Worcestershire, an award winning family run business. The birds are reared for 24 weeks, using an outdoor free range farming system and their diet consists of natural foods such as grass, corn and straw - all hormone and additive free! Closer to Christmas, the Turkeys are fed a special ration to help them grow slowly and enhance the flavours of your Christmas centrepiece. All Turkeys are dry plucked by hand and hung for 10 days. 

Thanksgiving Turkey:
Appledore Turkeys, based in Kent, have been family-run since 1940, producing premium free-range turkeys with a focus on welfare and sustainability. From the moment the chicks arrive at the farm, they are raised on a natural diet free from additives, drugs, and growth promoters. The birds enjoy roaming grassy paddocks by day and are housed in naturally lit, well-ventilated barns at night, bedded on homegrown wheat straw. Allowed to grow slowly to full maturity, Appledore turkeys are renowned for their exceptional flavor and texture, making them a standout choice for a traditional and truly special festive meal.
