Arguably the king of all steaks, our dry aged beef sirloin steak delivers the perfect combination of tenderness and deep, rich flavour. Sourced from grass-fed, native breed cattle, the sirloin is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, allowing the natural marbling to develop and intensify its robust character. Expertly butchered and full of succulence, this is a steak that needs little more than a hot pan and a generous seasoning of salt to shine.
Arguably the king of all steaks and a firm favourite of chefs and home cooks alike, the sirloin steak is the real winner of steak night.
