For National Butchers’ Week, we’ve put together a selection of that we love for their fantastic flavour texture and value.

There's always been a demand for the finer things in life and prime cuts certainly fall under that category. However, when it comes to the lesser cuts, we've only seen a peak of interest in recent years. We love seeing our customers adopt a more sustainable way of eating, by trying out these ‘lesser cuts’.
