A cut for those who appreciate the best of both worlds, the beef t-bone steak combines two of the finest cuts in one - richly marbled sirloin on one side and delicately tender fillet on the other, all joined on the bone for that real depth of flavour.

Sourced from grass-fed, native breed cattle, this steak is expertly dry-aged to enhance its natural tenderness and develop a deep, robust taste. Cooking on the bone intensifies the flavour, making it a standout choice for those who love a truly special cut. Whether pan-seared, grilled, or cooked over hot coals, this is a steak that delivers on both texture and taste.

Our grass-fed beef is either Aberdeen Angus or Hereford from Ayrshire in Scotland, Wexford County, in Ireland, Norfolk and Suffolk. Sourced from small scale farmers who slowly rear their herds to the highest standard, on an hormone-free grass-fed diet.

We select our beef for its marbling and fat cover and dry age our prime cuts in our Himalayan salt chamber for a minimum of 28 days.
