Our expert butcher will guide you through the best cuts for grilling on the BBQ this summer. Learn how to spatchcock chicken yourself, trim your onglet steaks for grilling and prepare a rack of pork ribs from the belly. You will get to take all of these stunning cuts home with you, ready for your barbecue.
You’ll then be treated to a sensational BBQ style buffet focusing on exceptional British produce. Think smoked brisket, peri peri chicken, lamb belly skewers grilled on our kitchen’s Big Green Egg and smoky BBQ beans.
