Introducing our Big Green Egg BBQ butchery masterclass, taking place on Tuesday 16th July 2024 at our Barons Court shop, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
Our expert butcher will guide you through the best beef cuts to grill on the Big Green Egg. Learn how to break down a roasting rib into a rib of beef and wing rib. You will then get hands-on, breaking down the rib into two cote de boeufs, and use the rib cap to mince and hand-cut your own burgers. You will get to take home two bone-in ribeyes and four hand-pressed burgers ready for your Big Green Egg.
You’ll then be treated to a sensational BBQ style buffet focusing on exceptional British beef produce. Finish with a fabulous dessert and leave with a full belly and your newly acquired butchery skills.
