Try something truly special this Easter - our noisette comes rolled and stuffed with a wild garlic, sun-dried tomato and anchovy breadcrumb. It's easy to cook and is an effortless yet impressive centrepiece for your Easter table. Try it alongside our handmade lamb jus for a touch of indulgence. 

Each noisette weighs around 800g and feeds 3 people. 

Please note, this product requires 48 hours notice.

Sear the lamb noisette in a hot pan until evenly browned on all sides. Transfer to a preheated oven at 160°C and roast for 25–30 minutes. Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes before serving for best results.

Our lamb is free range and comes from Launceston in Cornwall. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
